Welcoming Adelphi’s New Panthers with an Unforgettable Orientation Experience

For Adelphi University's first-year orientation, we had the opportunity to help create an exciting and memorable welcome for the incoming class. A 28x20ft stage served as the centerpiece, complemented by two large LED video walls that brought every moment to life. A line array speaker system and carefully designed lighting set the mood, while protective flooring ensured a safe and comfortable environment for students. Guests could also capture the experience at a branded photo op, leaving with a fun keepsake to remember their first day as Panthers. The event was all about making students feel celebrated and connected, and NEC was proud to help bring it to life.
