Job Description:

We’re looking for an organized, creative, and motivated Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in learning the inner workings of event production, creative direction, and business operations.


You’ll assist with everything from organizing schedules and communications to helping build visual decks, preparing presentation slides, and supporting company-wide coordination. Every day will bring something new—whether you’re attending a site visit, helping gather info for an RFP, or assisting in the office with planning materials.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in drafting and proofreading emails, documents, and other communications.
  • Help create mood boards, presentations, and pre-meeting slide decks.
  • Organize and maintain calendars, spreadsheets, and shared documents.
  • Support coordination and communication between departments and staff.
  • Attend site visits and internal meetings, taking notes and helping track follow-up items.
  • Help gather and organize information for RFPs and project proposals.
  • Provide general office and administrative support to the CEO and team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for presentation and design (experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred).
  • Interest in events, production, marketing, or creative industries.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to take initiative.
