Empowering Leadership and Inclusion at College Events

For NGLA’s 2025 Conference in Baltimore, we delivered comprehensive audiovisual support to elevate every moment of the event. This included two LED video walls in the main ballroom, sound systems, microphones, custom staging, dynamic lighting, and pipe and drape setups. NEC also managed AV needs for over 16 breakout rooms, ensuring seamless presentations throughout. Additionally, our team produced all signage for the event including sponsor signs, directional signage, and a branded step and repeat. The conference kicked off with a branded carnival experience featuring custom games, adding a fun, interactive touch. We’re proud to partner with NGLA each year to bring their vision to life.
