A Fully Fabricated Immersive Environment Designed for a Next-Level Corporate Event

National Event Connection brought a futuristic, space-inspired vision to life through full-service event fabrication and experiential production. Our team created a custom-built environment featuring a 10ft circular photo activation platform with integrated LED lighting, a 12x8ft standing backdrop wall with a stretch fabric graphic, and illuminated LED tube accents to create a dynamic visual moment. The team also installed a 50x5ft custom graphic walkway using sintra flooring and vinyl applications, paired with LED orbs and additional lighting elements to complete the immersive atmosphere. From concept execution to on-site installation, this project showcased NEC’s ability to transform unique themes into memorable branded experiences.
